    west side brick part (1966) first floor is renovated and not renovated basement with planned future ateliers/studios for artists
    and wooden part (1920)

    west side wooden part with MuseuM, central room, and renovated right part (left wing from the east side)
    complete renewed roof with atelier in the attic in the left wing

    renovated south part of the wooden building, atelier in the attic with new windows
    out coming middle part is the future entrance of the MuseuM -yet not renovated
